A: Yes, we except orders of not less than ten (10) cases of single or mixed products based on availability.

A: Yes, ten (10) cases of specific or choice of mixed food product.

A: We accept bank drafts, certified cheques.

A: Yes, we stock inventory in our warehouse.

A: Shipping costs depend on shipping providers rates at that time; rates vary with mode of transport type.

A: We prefer to deliver orders to business addresses, we do make exceptions for clients that have out of town business addresses that wish to transport product themselves.

Q: When will my L'Oliveraie order arrive?

A: Delivery date & time is dependant on location; we do our best to work with our shipping & logistics partners to expedite orders.


Q: Are there any restrictions on goods entering my country?

A: All L'Oliveraie products are country of origin certified and recognized by Canadian & American Food Inspection Agencies, if you live in North America you are good to go.

Q: How will I know when to expect my delivery to arrive?

A: We track all our delivers and usually have you products to you within 48 hours locally. For out of region or country orders, we work with you and our shipping company to give you an accurate delivery date.


Q: How do you handle backorders?

A: As we have a warehouse and stock inventory, small orders of 1 – 5 pallets are usually not an issue, for large orders of five (5) or more pallets we would require five (5) weeks notification unless we have it in stock.
