Green Olives

John Greek green olives are grown in nutrient rich soil under perfect climate conditions. Characteristics and shape is elongated, slightly asymmetric with a pointed apex and a nipple present, its color golden green.  John Greek green olives are harvested while still young with the harvest taking place beginning or middle of September and finishing no later than the end of October.

Spicy, slightly bitter with a slight sour tone further complicated by a fruity aroma of our John Greek extra virgin olive oil and wild Greek oregano, this green oval shaped olive has a firm flesh that is accompanied by a slight peppery aftertone. John Greek green olives are picked from olive farms across the Peloponnese Peninsula and are harvested and processed in accordance with the strictest of quality control standards to ensure that only the highest grade olives are used.

Our John Greek green olives are considered as the superior type among other table olives; additionally the jar contents comprised of John Greek extra virgin olive oil and wild Greek oregano can and should be used to pour over salads or cold dishes.
